After graduating from Saratoga Springs High School, Dr. Williams earned degrees from Hartwick College and Manhattan College, and earned a doctorate from the Sage Colleges. In her work as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional, she held positions at Green Mountain College, Manhattan College, and RPI. She is currently Assistant Dean for Engagement and inclusion and Director of Intercultural Affairs & Inclusive Programming at Lebanon Valley College, and she brings a breadth of professional and personal experiences to the conversation.
